How to Replace Batteries and Locate Tamper on Qolsys Motion Detector

Remove cover by depressing  the tab on the top of the motion

Replace Batteries (AAA) – notice the tamper switch (see arrows) if the cover is not connected/closed properly, the motion may go into a tamper state – you will want to ensure the cover is connected securely to avoid this.
